The founders of the company and members of staff are professional engineers, educated and trained to BSc, MSc, Phd levels, with a considerable industrial & academic experience.
Specifically The company undertakes projects relating to:
Product Design (Conceptual, Embodiment, Detailing & Rapid Prototyping). We follow all the stages of the cycle of developing a new product. The products we design may be a single component or a complete mechatronic device.
Rapid Prototyping, our company has state of the art rapid prototyping machines and offers prototyping services to customers from various fields (eg, Design engineers, Architects, Jewelry designers, Research staff, Medical Doctors etc. The prototypes we produce are very precise (0.016mm).
Reverse engineering using state of the art 3D Laser scanning and other metrology equipment and specialist CAE software tools, we are able to copy complex single mechanical parts up to complete mechanical assemblies.
Quality inspection of geometric tolerances. We measure mechanical parts and generate tolerance reports, using state of the art portable coordinate measuring devices and specialized tolerance inspection analysis software.
Pre-production of new parts based on Silicon and other low cost moulds, using in house vacuum and rotational casting machines.
Production of innovative artistic products, custom made promotional gifts, usable domestic items – devices from a wide variety of materials.
Precision 3D Scanning and Texture Mapping of ancient, folk art items and any physical item. The 3D color textured models can be used directly for the generation of 3D
Production of high quality copies of ancient and folk artifacts (any required scale) with applied patina.
NC-machining up to five axes,
Participation in National and European research projects concerning new product development, in cooperation with other Industrial partners and research establishments.
Sales of state of the art CAD/CAM/CAE/CIM software packages We perform Benchmarking, evaluation, supply, implementation, training & support of engineering software packages.
Sales and support of high quality CNC machines, RAPID PROTOTYPING MACHINES, LASER-SCANNERS, PORTABLE CMM's, VACUUM CASTING MACHINES, ROTATIONAL CASTING MACHINES.
